Pricing how much does it cost?​
All bookings subject to availability and charges include GST.

$59 Per Hour

Mileage $1.22 per km.

 

Additional costs incurred in providing the service to you will be on-charged.

I.e.; parking, road tolls, entry fees, tickets, sightseeing, shopping, additional travel costs, etc 

               

Bookings outside of greater Hamilton area need to be by consultation. (ie more travel time needs to be taken into consideration with other appointments).

 

Travel companion services can be advised by quotation once more information is available with regards to dates, destinations, timing, and availability... plus any additional costs incurred in providing the service to you will apply in addition to the quote as not everything can be determined prior to activities and travel taking place.

  1. Charges and payments are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated. 

  2. Services will be provided on the basis of New Zealand laws. Bookings are subject to availability and compliance with (NZTA) New Zealand Transport Agency rules and regulations.

  3. (GST) Goods and Service Tax is included in the prices given.

  4. Services are based from Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. Hamilton is to be defined within Hamilton city. 

  5. Full day booking quotes available.

  6. All charges are subject to change.

  7. We are willing to travel when required however travel time to provide a service outside of the Hamilton area will be passed on to the customer in addition to my standard charges, and must be allowed for. 

  8. Sue to the Rescue scope doesn't involve dressing, showering, toileting, brushing teeth, feeding or lifting of people.  We are happy to help get your coat or cardigan on over other layers or help you decide what to wear to an event.   You must have the capabilities to do some basic tasks yourself. 

  9. All bookings and service provided have to be agreed upon and any unsafe or unsavoury requests will be refused and may result in the withdrawal of our services. 

  10. Additional hours or part hours not booked will be subject to availability on the day.

  11. Additional hours will be charged to the next closest half hour.

  12. Maximum of 4 people can be part of the booking, limited in part by the vehicle approved to carry passengers and time that can be given to each individual.  For more comfort, I would recommend up to 3 people whether adults or children, children although small require car seats or booster seats and therefore we only accept a maximum of 3 children for any booking.  If you have a group of people that are looking for an outing let us know and we can see if we can do something special.  

  13. Mileage will be charged at $1.22 per km.

  14. Travel time will be charged to get to and from your destination.

  15. Payment is required at the conclusion of the booking with exemptions to clients with prior approval only.

  16. Payment exceptions of bookings requiring a travel component outside if the Waikato, Auckland or Bay of Plenty will need to have large travel costs paid in advance.

  17. Travel components may include flights, rail, coach, parking, tolls, mileage, rental cars, accommodation, transfers, meals, travel insurance, entrance fees, tickets, sightseeing, shopping are given as examples but not restricted to these costs incurred in the course of carrying out the service booked.

  18. Cancellations: 48 Hours notice is required for standard appointments.                                        Bookings duration of a week or more, then a 5 days notice is required.

  19. Cancellations within the 48 hours notice period will incur a 50% charge.                                                             Bookings duration of a week or more will incur a 50% charge for 5 days if cancelled within the 5 days notice.

  20. Cancellations with associated costs incurred with your booking such as flights, accommodation, travel insurance etc will be invoiced to the client as incurred to "Sue to the Rescue" once they are cancelled or forfeited with a $100.00 administration fee.

  21. Booking availability will be closed out on the website 2 days prior current date.  If you need support within this time period please call or email for availability. 

  22. Payment is required on the day by EFTPOS (cheque or savings) or Visa or Mastercard and by Direct Debit by arrangement.  A surcharge for Visa/Mastercards cards is 2.7% for credit transactions or 1% for debit cards.

  23. We take privacy seriously and do not give out any details about you without your consent, the information we have regarding your booking or potential booking will be held securely and kept for our records only in order to carry out our work successfully and for our own marketing and billing necessities.
