Q1  Can I book help for my mother, because I am too busy to drop everything at the moment?
A1  Yes, absolutely.  Let us know what you have been asked to do and we can do this with your mother instead and you can even pay rather than her if you choose as some seniors on a fixed income think it is something they should go without otherwise.
Q2  My child hates the holiday program, what can you offer?
A2  Well we could take them for the whole day or several days and do at least one activity they have indicated they wanted to do each day ie take them to the movies, meet up with their friends, go to Ten-pin Bowling, Jump trampolining or even a trip to Auckland Zoo or Ice rink Rotorua's Fairysprings or Redwood forest canopy walk or zip-line adventure...
Q3  How much does it cost for 3 and a half hours?
A3  Based on $57 per hr x 3.5 + extras such as mileage and extras.  We can give you a quote too once we have more information as to locations and any plans.
Q4  My child is sick, how much notice do you need as I have to go into work today.
A4  Preferably 1-2 hours is good but sometimes half an hour is enough, depends where we are and how we are placed on that day and at that particular timing, subject to availability.
Q5  I need to go to the hospital for the day but I don't know if I need help till afterwards.
A6  We would need to chat and find out if you need transport to the hospital as well as transport home, we could lock in a couple of hours to allow for transport time and care afterwards or the time could be used to do some jobs for you at home or your shopping if you don't need a caregiver after your treatment instead, this way you know you have some help on hand either way and subject to availability we may be able to extend the time if you need us longer.
Q7  Do you have children's car seats?
A7  Yes we carry 2 booster seats with us, but if we know ahead of time we can arrange to have the side & back pieces that click into place and have one baby infant capsule available if given notice or we can use your one if prefered.
Q8  Can you drive my car instead?
A8  Yes we can drive your vehicle if requested but we need time for you to advise your insurance company and for us to advise ours.  It must have a current WOF and be safe to drive. It may be because it has special features like a wheelchair ramp or a hoist that you are familiar with or that it has 8 seats for carrying more people.
Q9  Have you had a police check so I know you're a safe option to use?
A9  Yes we are police checked and hold a passenger endorsement on our driver's licence along with a current first-aid certificate.
Q10 How will we recognise you?
A10 Well generally we either drive to your location in our vehicle with our logo all over it and will be in a shirt or jacket with our logo on it and name badge.  We will have given you the name of the person that will be meeting you prior to turning up and they will have Id available to confirm their identity.  If meeting you at an airport or other location we will have your name on a small board or advise where we will meet.
